President & CEO
Read BioKevin received his B.S in Mechanical Engineering in 2006 from Auburn University. He worked at Hardy Corporation in the summer months while attending college. After graduation, he worked as an Engineer in the Pacific Northwest until he returned to Hardy in 2010 as a Mechanical Project Manager. He became the General Manager of Hardy Services in 2013. He earned his MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2014, and his Professional Engineer’s license in Alabama in 2016. Kevin also holds his HVAC and Refrigeration contractor licenses in the State of Alabama. In 2018, Kevin was named Hardy Corporation’s Chief Operating Officer, and in 2021 was named President and CEO.
Executive Vice President
Read BioWarren holds a B.S. in Building Construction from Auburn University. In 2013, Warren earned his MBA from the University of Virginia. In 2022, Warren began working on Special Projects for Hardy Corporation, and in 2023 he was named the Executive Vice President.
Vice President of Construction
Read BioTommy began working for Hardy Corporation in 1996. He attended a 4-year apprentice program to learn the skilled trades. In 2012, Tommy was promoted to Project Coordinator and in 2017, he was promoted to the Onsite Project Manager overseeing 250+ employees. In 2019, he was promoted to Director of Field Operations where he has the overall responsibility for all Hardy Corporation field work.
Vice President
Read BioKeith started with Hardy Corporation in 1979 as an Estimator/Assistant Project Manager after graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi. He also obtained an A.S. in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. He became a Project Manager in 1982, and in 1989 he was promoted to Senior Project Manager. In 1997, Keith was named Vice President.
Vice President of Project Manager Development
Read BioSteve started with Hardy Corporation in 1982 after obtaining a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from the University of Southern Mississippi. In 1983, he attended the Carrier HVAC Design School and began working as an Assistant Project Manager. Steve was named Project Manager in 1984 and Senior Project Manager in 2001. In 2019, Steve was named Vice President of Project Manager Development.
Director of Pre Construction
& Project Management
Austin received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2013 and started with Hardy Corporation in 2014 as an Assistant Project Manager. He was promoted to Project Coordinator/Onsite Project Manager in 2015, and promoted to Project Manager in 2019. He became a Senior Project Manager in 2022. In 2023, Austin was promoted to Director of Preconstruction.
Controller
Read BioJackie began her career in accounting in 2003. She started with Hardy Corporation in 2023 as the Financial Controller.
Business Solutions Manager
Read BioJay started with Hardy Corporation in 2018 as a Process & Systems Analyst. He moved into the position of Business Solutions Specialist in 2022, and became the Business Solutions Manager in 2023.
Human Resources Manager
Read BioChantill holds a B.S in Behavioral Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In 2016, she earned her MBA from Strayer University. Chantill began working for Hardy Corporation in 2023.
