Hardy is the only mechanical contractor in the state that a has registered apprenticeship program with the Department of Labor for all four mechanical disciplines: sheet metal, plumbing, piping and HVAC start-up technician. We have a documented plan that can take a helper with no construction experience to becoming a certified trade superintendent capable of running crews across multiple projects.
In addition to our apprenticeship program and our partnership with the Mechanical Craft Training Institute, Hardy has a proven plan to develop and train our team.
